i love starbucks. especially on november 15-january 15 every year. i look forward on drinking LOTS of Peppermint Mocha Frapuccino just to get the planner. Although, I try to do it every year, I look at the planner first to see if its worth it, and if I want to write on it for a year… this year, I love the format. It allows you to make “to-do” lists everyday, and you can view your entire week at a glance. So, in a way, its effective as a “planner”
To give it a twist of papersandtschai, I made a white leather cover for the starbucks planner. The cover material is fabric, so it can easily get wet, soiled, etc (yes, in my busy life, i am often rushing and my notebooks get harassed) I engraved a logo of starbucks at the back and my name in front. It’s a wrap journal, to get the PAT feel and has a strip of leather and brass buckle (?) for closure. I am yet undecided if I will fix the “belt”. I added a an extra bookmark … So far, I love writing on it. and i love the white leather with engravings… i have yet to add engraved doodles on it within the year…
